Return Policy
At STAKD, we take great care in creating and packaging our products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only in the case of:
-A damaged product
-A manufacturing defect
-An incorrect product delivered
To be eligible, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear images or videos of the product.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
-Change of mind
-Incorrect size selection
-Normal wear and tear
-Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
Return Approval
All return or exchange requests are subject to review and approval by our team. Once approved, further instructions will be shared via email.
Refunds
If a return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Cancellations
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified.
